Below steering column, remove four screws securing plastic collar to

instrument panel cover using NO.2 cross tip screwdriver. Remove and retain
collar and hardware.
Using NO.2 cross tip screwdriver, remove eight screws securing instrument

panel cover. Remove and retain hardware.
Pull top of instrument panel cover out about two inches and remove two

warning lights by rotating 1/4 turn clockwise.
